Terms and conditions
By purchasing products from Aspire Bamboo Pty Ltd you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of sale, including our warranties.
Payment
Your invoice must be paid in full before products can be;
Picked up from our showroom or warehouse, or
Delivered to your chosen address.
All products remain the property of Aspire Bamboo Pty Ltd until paid in full.
Delivery
Once products have left either of our properties, we have no control over delivery timeframes. We will always do our best to meet the indicative date and time (if provided) but cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery.
Once your order is in transit, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address. Any changes or failed deliveries caused by the customer will result in re-booking and incur charges.
Holds and storage
Aspire Bamboo Pty Ltd will hold/store fully paid products free of charge for a period of 2 weeks unless a longer time period has been agreed. After the agreed timeframe, storage fees will apply.
Preorders
A 50% deposit is required to preorder a new or out-of-stock product. You will be given an estimated date of availability and we’ll do our best to meet this timeframe. You’ll be notified once the product(s) are available. The remaining 50% balance must be paid within 3 business days of notification and collected/delivered within 2 weeks as per our ‘Holds and storage’ terms.
Special orders
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all special orders. You’ll be notified once the special order is ready. The remaining 50% balance must be paid within 3 business days of notification and collected/delivered within 2 weeks as per our ‘Holds and storage’ terms.
Refunds and Cancellations
The correct and final product selection for an order is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or their purchasing representative.
A refund or exchange can only be offered on unopened and/or unused products provided it is in perfectly new condition.
The customer is responsible for the costs associated with the return of the product. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
A restocking fee may be charged for returned products.
No refunds will be given on any products designated or sold as seconds, minor defects or clearance, which are sold “as is”. Where a product (profile and/or colour) has been discontinued, it is ineligible for refund or return.
Aspire Bamboo Pty Ltd reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.
Aspire Bamboo Pty Ltd prides itself on supplying premium quality, natural products and has strict quality assurance measures in place. Due to the nature of these products, sizing and/or slight colour variations (knots, grain variation, gum/sap marks and mineral marks) may occur. These variations are normal and not considered defects.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product upon delivery. If a defect is found, Aspire Bamboo Pty Ltd must be notified within 7 days of receipt, and prior to installation on 0422 979 155. Products must be kept in their original packaging, in a cool, dry place during this time.
